Why organic farming?
To fulfil his spiritual love for nature and a willingness to contibute to the health of family and community, Claw chooses organic farming. It provides balance between humanity and nature in a positive manner.
Challenges
Monkeys and the snails are an ever present threat in this food forest area of the island. Creating the time to juggle his growing family of primary school and toddler with the farm, are a welcome and character building exercise.

Permaculture techniques keep things growing as nature intends. Claw collects and produces Noni juice concentrate from the "Dog dumpling" trees around his farm.
