Roger leased his 5-acre piece of land 3 years ago to develop an agricultural production while still working another job. He employs 2 other workers and work himself about 10-12 hours a week on the site.

Why organic farming?
Since his brother passed away from cancer, Roger is deeply convinced that the quality of food we eat directly impacts our health. He believes as well that clean organic farming is a growing niche market, especially with the support of an organic certification.
